Booking and Travel Policy

• Travel Fee/Deposit: A travel fee is required to secure your appointment. This fee acts as your deposit and will be applied to the total cost of your treatment at the time of service.

• Non-Refundable Fee: The travel fee is non-refundable. If you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours' notice, the travel fee will be forfeited as a cancellation penalty.

• Appointment Timing: Service times are subject to availability and may vary based on travel logistics. You will be provided a specific time block for your appointment to allow for travel and preparation.

• Punctuality: Please be ready at your scheduled time, as delays may impact our ability to provide your service and honor other client appointments.

Cancellation and No-Show Policy

• 24-Hour Cancellation Policy: We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

• No-Show Penalty: If you do not show up for your appointment or cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, the travel fee will not be refunded.

• Rescheduling: Appointments canceled in accordance with the 24-hour policy may be rescheduled, but a new travel fee will be required to secure the appointment.

Refund Policy

• Payments for services rendered are non-refundable.

• Packages and prepaid services are transferable but not refundable.

Photo and Video Release

• By booking with Ahtera Wellness, you consent to photos or videos being taken during your session for educational or marketing purposes. Your privacy will always be respected, and no identifying details will be shared without your explicit permission.

Promotions and Discounts

• Gift cards, Groupons, or other promotional offers cannot be combined.

• Promotional discounts are only valid for services totaling over $100, unless otherwise specified.
